You guys made our stay fairly nice. Greatly enjoyed Keluang, the hotel was unique in the middle of jackson. It was a convenient and strategic location just next door to the outskirts of Kluang as well as eateries and other shops. Also, it was 3 miles from Kluang Mall. The staff was calm, and requests were handled quickly...

I loved the swimming pool and balcony. Nice tea time with green nature. Clean bed linen and towels. Good value for money. Nice interior, good facilities, comfy bed. Friendly and helpful staff. Two swimming pools, one for children. Strategic and convenient location.

Didn't dislike anything about the property.

I had impressive a double room with iron as well as hairdryer. A great selection of delicious eggs and sausages, I enjoyed it.

the hotel was exceptionally comfortable, but i stayed for 1 night only. the staff was very helpful and nice and provided amazing services. the venue was in an exceptionally nice and excellent location really close to the outskirts of kluang as well as wall. it also was accessable to all places. they offered me great meals, had a great selection of options to choose from.

We had an amazing stay here! The hotel's facilities were great- especially the two swimming pools, one for adults and one for kids. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel, including our comfortable room. Transportation was easy and we were able to find everything from eating spots to venues for events on the outskirts of the city. The staff was helpful, friendly and great, from check-in to breakfast.

The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. I received a room upgrade and was pleasantly surprised with the delicious local breakfast. the two large swimming pools were perfect for cooling down during the hot weather. Location was convenient and easy to get to.

The sound of doors slamming shut in the middle of the night was a bit annoying and disruptive. the need to pick up food deliveries in the morning, afternoon, and evening was inconvenient.

Had a weekend retreat at this unique hotel. The kids were delighted with the pool, especially the water slide. Plus, there are two pools, one for the kids and another for adults. We spent a lot of time taking pictures in the courtyard, which we all enjoyed. The hotel also has easy access to nearby attractions.
